Kaliska is 5

My sweet Kaliska is five years old! She had a good birthday with her family driving to Utah to see more family! Kaliska is a smart, funny, creative, and loves to be around friends. She brings lots of love and laughter to our lives. She is very good in school, and can't wait for when she goes all day. She is our sweet girl, who we love very much!

Changes

So the last few months have been very crazy for us. Dedrick has gone out of town three or four times for work. We celebrated our 10th anniversary, Dedrick's birthday, gaming with friends, lots of school activities. I have been working part time at the post office and working on Box Tops for the Middle and Elementary.

Coming up is Kaliska's and my birthday, then Spring Break and whatever happens to come up in the next few weeks.

With everything that has been going on Dedrick and I have been talking about many things to help our family. We decided I am going to go back to school to finish my degree this fall, since all our kids will be in school all day.

We also decided we do not need our truck anymore since Dedrick got a work truck. So we traded it in to help with our budget and get a better family car. Now we have a Suburban instead of the truck.

We are hoping with this changes it will be good for our family and help us in many helpful ways. By me going to school I will be bettering my self and feel I have done something for my family. With trading in the truck for the new car, we save money and help save for emergencies.

Early Birthday

So we had Kaliska's birthday party a week early since we will be heading to Utah on her birthday for Spring Break. We figured by doing it a week early she would be able to have more friends come over. She had a great time with all her friends and family!
